Purchasing insurance

You can offer participants the option to purchase insurance during event registration. The insurance fee is calculated automatically and included in the registration payment total. If a participant's account details are filled in completely and correctly, no additional steps are needed to purchase insurance. If not, the participant will be asked to provide passport details and an address before paying for the order. After paying for the registration, the participant will receive the policy and insurance terms by email. The policy is also always available to the participant in their account.

Admission check commission

Participants who purchased insurance won't be required to show proof of insurance at the admission check.

How to enable the insurance option

To enable the insurance option, go to the Insurance section in the slot settings. Specify the available sport type and the insurance amount. The minimum insurance amount is 50,000 rubles, the maximum is 1,000,000 rubles.

Restrictions

• A participant cannot purchase insurance for someone else
• The insurance option is not available for children's starts (at this time)
• A participant cannot purchase insurance on the day of the event. The insurance option is not available on the event day.
• Insurance can only be purchased for single-day starts (at this time)
