Order Transfer

A secure order transfer protects the user and guarantees they receive the money for the transferred order. This feature is designed to give both sides confidence in the transaction.

To transfer an order:

go to the Purchases section in your account;
select the order you need;
a Transfer Order button will appear below it;
click it and follow the instructions.

Order transfer is only possible to a registered user of the platform.

A child’s order can only be accepted by an account registered to a child.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the order is transferred. The refund is issued to the card used for the original payment. The time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on your bank.

The platform charges a commission for the secure transfer, based on the original slot price.

The organizer may also charge a commission.
